When a customer selects a service, I have more than one question that I need to ask them. Is there any way to ask more than one qursetiom.?


On the operator side when an operator calls a ticket I am wondering how I can make the operator answer a question before finishing with that ticket.

Only one by default. Plugin could be creted for many questions.

You can make operator set only one result before finishing by selecting from list of results.

I have never used groovy. is that what the plugins use? or the client app?

plugin could be emplemented by Groovy.

Any way you can modify Java code of app.
