Hello. How can I add customer queue number to the ticket? For example if you are 5 in queue, show this information on the ticket when customer get ticket under the ticket number

It is strictly forbidden! Forget about it!
Where is only one way to obtain it in universe. If you are ready to sacrifice 10K$ but nothing else matter.

But why? is it not open source project? I don't want to huge thing just one more line on the ticket. Please look at the attach file. Maybe I did not explain good my question
