Refresh queue on mainboard

Hello,
Is it possible to set anywhere to automatic queue refreshing after client take the new ticket? Now the queue is refreshing (adding new tickets numer) after operators action. Thanks.

What should be refreshed on the mainboard by getting a ticket?

The list of waiting clients "Nearest" on the left column. If I take the ticket, this column does not show the ticket until operator invite some tickets from queue. I think that it was asked in this topic before (w/o answer yet): qsystem.info/index.php/en/forum/5-%D0%9E...-glavnogo-tablo#5845

maybe in the next version.
