Need help for Voice Plugin

Could you tell me how to add Arabic voice in the qsystem and let it work because i have tried many time but the voice not working and could you tell the steps to help find the best way to create it this is the original voice

Replace all wav files that's all. Use jar as a zip archive.

My problem with this file how do i create it it's rus language and i don't figure how to translate to arabic.

i have tried willy and it's working fine but when i replace it with my wav sound's the qsound not working

could you tell me where is that temp which helped me to choose which wave it will used in the qsound

no playing new sound? use zip without compressing.
