hi, your "Make this private" checkbox when postponing a client was a very good idea and very helpful of course. But maybe since this was become helpful I guess having the "make this private" button may have also "Make this Postponed Client Private by Category" so that even when the user who called that client can be called by other users by its Category.

I understand what you mean since its a dynamic categorization of services. but lets say for instance, I created 3 Services named "Membership", "Payment" and "Customer Support". If 1 of the logged in users on Membership Service tries to call a Client and it does not come for some reasons then he will Postponed the client and may want to make that Client Ticker Number be called by other user in the same service in a later time so that even without the user who really called that ticket no. everybody in the same service will be able too but not with the other services.
