voice plugin

hi im using a custom spanish plugin for voice call and its working good, the only problem is that the first call only plays the bell sound and in the second call is when it plays the voice. i would like it to play the voice in te first call, but i can´t find the configuration to do it.

It is the property of service. Open service editor in admin app and change sound pattern.

You should have spanish voice samples. 1, 2, 3, ... a, b, c. ... "client number", "go to..."
