html not loading in mainboard

Hi i think this might be a bug.

i created two html web pages to load a more nicely worked clock and logo in the main board, also a web with a slider of pictures to be next to the numbers panel. they were correctly working but suddenly this html are not loading when the server starts, i have to restart the server using the ADMIN and then they appears correctly. if i open them in chrome http://localhost:8081/clock.html they open correctly. i java 8 111.
deleted the temp folder in qsystem and windows and nothing.
