Getting information about users current situation.

Hi everyone. Does exist any method for getting any user's current situation? he/she service to someone or free

Ok let me explain what i mean. I want to write android application for feedback. Our company provide a small android phone for each operator so that after he/she finish his/her service customer can feedback. I want to write a simple app so that when customer choose any feedback option this app send the result to the qsystem server with user id. When server get this result just check user id and get his/her current service and rate it. So my question is how server can know that what is the user's current service. I check QUser but did not find any method for this.

I see. You are doing something like QFeedback. You can read about API on Russian language. No other infornation.
